Under the direction of Rabbi Sadya Davidoff and his wife Shimona, Chabad of Shoreline, founded in 2018, offers many programs, services, and events to all ages in the Jewish community of the Shoreline area. ] "Our goal is building a lasting edifice upon which the community feels uplifted through engaging programs, nourishing connections, spiritual enrichment and unconditional love. What they offer
Chabad Jewish Center of Shoreline is a Jewish community centre in Shoreline, led by Rabbi Sadya Davidoff.
There is a synagogue on the premises. Visitors are welcomed for Shabbat and holiday meals. Accommodation for guests can be arranged. They kosher kitchens for the community.
Classes run regularly, one-to-one study can be arranged, courses from the Jewish Learning Institute are taught and public lectures are held. There is a library.
For children there is a children's club.
Older children and young adults have bar and bat mitzvah instruction.
They officiate at weddings and funerals. Couples are prepared for marriage. A chevra kadisha serves the community.
The center visits patients in hospital, looks after the elderly and distributes food packages.
There is a women's group. Mezuzos and tefillin can be checked here.
