Rabbi Sholom is the Rabbi of Chabad of Sea Cliff and a proud native of the Sea Cliff community. He has a rich background in Jewish education, having studied in Detroit, Brunoy, France, Jerusalem, Israel, and Brooklyn, New York. After many years of dedicated study and learning, Rabbi Sholom was ordained as a rabbi and has since dedicated himself to serving the Jewish community. As the rabbi of Chabad of Sea Cliff, Rabbi Sholom is committed to providing spiritual guidance, support, and education to individuals and families in the Sea Cliff area. With his deep roots in the community and his extensive background in Jewish studies, Rabbi Sholom is well-equipped to lead Chabad of Sea Cliff and to serve the needs of the Jewish community.
Miriam is the director of Chabad of Sea Cliff and brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role. With a passion for serving the Jewish community, she has traveled extensively throughout America, Canada and Israel to run Jewish programs . After completing high school, she pursued her studies in Israel, where she deepened her knowledge of Jewish tradition and culture. With her extensive experience working with both children and adults, Miriam is well-equipped to lead the programs and events offered at Chabad of Sea Cliff. Her dedication to promoting Jewish values and traditions, along with her passion for serving the needs of the community, makes her a valuable asset to Chabad of Sea Cliff and the broader Jewish community.

What they offer
Chabad of Sea Cliff & Glen Cove is a Chabad house in Glen Cove, led by Rabbi Sholom Heber.
There is a synagogue on the premises. They kosher kitchens for the community. A mikveh is available.
Classes run regularly, one-to-one study can be arranged and courses from the Jewish Learning Institute are taught.
For children there is a children's club and a mother-and-child group.
Older children and young adults have bar and bat mitzvah instruction, a bar mitzvah club, a bat mitzvah club and a young professionals' circle.
They officiate at weddings, circumcisions and funerals. Couples are prepared for marriage.
The center visits patients in hospital and looks after the elderly.
