Chabad of Petaluma opened its doors in the fall of 2015 and offers social, educational, recreational and religious programming for adults, children, teens, and seniors. Chabad is a home where all Jews are welcome no matter your affiliation, denomination, or lifestyle. We give you the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of your Jewish heritage. Most importantly, Chabad is a place where being Jewish is fun.

What they offer
Chabad Jewish Center of Petaluma is a Chabad house in Petaluma, led by Rabbi Dovid Bush.
There is a synagogue on the premises. Visitors are welcomed for Shabbat and holiday meals. There is a Judaica shop. They kosher kitchens for the community.
Classes run regularly and one-to-one study can be arranged. There is a library.
For children there is after-school programmes, a children's club and a mother-and-child group.
Older children and young adults have bar and bat mitzvah instruction.
They officiate at weddings and funerals. Couples are prepared for marriage.
The center visits patients in hospital, visits Jewish prisoners, looks after the elderly and provides humanitarian aid.
There is a women's group. There is a men's club. Holiday programs run through the year, hands on. Mezuzos and tefillin can be checked here.
