Chabad of the Dead Sea

The Dead Sea Chabad house was founded in 2004 by Rabbi Shimon Elharar , an Emissary of the late Lubavitcher Rebbe, Menachem Mendel Schneerson, may his memory protect us.

The Chabad House is part of a widespread network of magnificent worldwide institutions in which the Chabad houses, founded by the Lubavitcher Rebbe, Menachem Mendel Schneerson, and the purpose of which is to cheerfully, respectfully and reverently bring the wonderful light of Judaism and Chassidism to the multitude of Israel .

Chabad's multifaceted activities in Israel and around the world bring down the wall of polarization and internal alienation of the Jewish people and emphasize the unity and commonality of all. Due to these activities, a multitude of people are closer to original Jewish life and the light of the Jewish Torah.

Chabad regards every Jew to be "a link" in one complete chain that is the People of Israel, and in order to sustain its integrity, it is essential to maintain the Jewish identity and emphatically cling to the eternal values of the people.
