The Dead Sea Chabad house was founded in 2004 by Rabbi Shimon Elharar , an Emissary of the late Lubavitcher Rebbe, Menachem Mendel Schneerson, may his memory protect us.

Chabad regards every Jew to be "a link" in one complete chain that is the People of Israel, and in order to sustain its integrity, it is essential to maintain the Jewish identity and emphatically cling to the eternal values of the people.
