Bushey has a thriving Jewish community with a Chabad Jewish Community Centre, a United Synagogue, and kosher shops. Bushey is known for its lovely village feel and many parks, and is also close enough to busy London and its surrounding amenities, making it a go-to place for those looking for a beautiful area to raise a young family or to scale down. From a handful of families in the 1960’s, Bushey’s Jewish population has been rapidly growing and is now home to thousands of Jewish families.
