Workplace Compassion Award
- Any employer can nominate their emmployee with a story of real, unmistakable care
- Reviewed privately by an independent committee
- Winner announced live on Nov 15; a company executive must attend alongside the winning nominee to accept

Mental Health Champion Award
- Any high school student can nominate a counselor, behavioral health professional, or faculty member
- Both the winning nominee and the nominating student attend Nov 15
- Winner announced live and featured in The Friendship Circle’s Circle Magazine
