Nechama has a deep passion for Jewish education, teaching with warmth, insight, and genuine joy. Warm and welcoming by nature, she has a special gift for connecting with women and making every woman feel instantly at home. That passion shapes the Jewish Women's Circle , where she creates a space for women to explore their heritage, deepen their knowledge, and connect meaningfully over Torah & Tea and holiday gatherings. Together with her husband, Rabbi Eli Newman, she co-directs Chabad of Allen–McKinney.
