Shabbat Services
FRIDAY NIGHT SERVICE
Shabbat is welcomed with a brief (half hour) service filled with beautiful heartfelt melodies and inspiring prayer. This service is traditionally known as Kabbalat Shabbat - Welcoming the Shabbat!
Our main service is currently on Shabbat morning, the Friday evening service is a more intimate setting. Time varies with the seasons, see schedule for current times.
SHABBAT MORNING SERVICE
- Tanya of the Day - 9:30 AM
- An enlightening and interactive class exploring Chassidus & Kabbalah (Held weekly, EXCEPT for once per month, on Shabbat Mevorchim, the Shabbat preceding Rosh Chodesh - See schedule ).
- Morning Service Begins - 10:00 AM
- 10:40 AM | Main part of service, brief sermon & Torah reading Around 12 pm | Kiddush , light refreshments and hot cholent!
- Feel free to arrive at the time of your convenience!
- We have a weekly Kiddush with light refreshments and delicious hot Cholent after the service.
- We also have periodic full buffet Kiddush lunches in honor of special occasions.
- We invite community members to sponsor the weekly Kiddush or a full Kiddush lunch to mark special occasions, such as a birthday, anniversary or a Yahrtzeit. Click here for more info.
