Being that Chabad Cornell is an affiliate of Cornell University, you can donate to Cornell and earmark your donation for Chabad.
If you choose this option, all the money you give will go to Chabad via Cornell.
This option may be the best track for you:
if your company matches charitable gifts to universities; or
you want your record to display that you gave money to Cornell.
