Visualization and Imagery
Visualization is a key element in our quest for true, lasting change and transformation. Much of the way we experience life is borne of our visual intake. The things we see affect the way we are.
Awakenings
The deeper teachings of the Torah reveal to us that the weekly Torah reading is connected to the unique energetic properties of that week. Every Torah portion, and thus every week, radiates with a particular quality, a distinct energy that, when understood and received, can bring tremendous guidance and assistance to every facet of our lives.

A Lightness of Being
A Guide to Yom Kippur: Practices, Prayers, Ideas & Liturgy. When we release all contingent, conditioned identities and imagine that this is our last day on earth, with nothing to hold onto, then who are we? We are unconditional purity, purpose and light. Our Divine soul is revealed.
Illuminated Sound
In the year 1698 a great light was revealed to the world with the descent of the holy soul of the Baal Shem Tov. In time, the Baal Shem Tov became one of the most important and influential teachers of Torah in all of history, and the founder of Chassidus.

The Haggadah
Introducing the Haggadah and the themes of Pesach, this book delves into the greater context of the Festival and the Seder, allowing us to tap into the profound inspiration and Koach / power that Pesach and Seder Night offers.
The Month of Nisan
Nisan is the first month of the year and the first month of the spring. Spring brings with it a feeling that there is life again. As the world wakes up from its winter slumber, we too feel renewed, awakened and filled with a sense of renewal.

The Garden of Paradox
The garden of Paradox is a primer on the essential philosophy of Kabbalah, presented as a series of three conversations, revealing the mysteries of creator, creation and consciousness.
Contemplating and Transcending Mind
What is Hisbonenus / meditative contemplation? And how is it actually practiced? The illustrious first Rebbe of Chabad, the Alter Rebbe, aimed for the deepest teachings of the Torah and Chassidus to be internalized and deeply contemplated.

Embraced in Divine Space
From among all the Yamim Tovim / Festivals of the Torah, Sukkos stands out as one of the most elusive and mysterious. While Sukkos is called "the Season of our Joy" - and it is a very joyful time indeed, replete with singing, celebrating, and dancing - it may not be so clear what we are celebrating and why joy is so central to the Yom Tov.
Process and Presence
Description goes hereIn the world of Process everything is moving towards a brighter future, whereas, in the world of Presence the redemptive future is already present in the now.
