What they offer
Chabad of Watertown is a Chabad house in Watertown, led by Rabbi Dovid Zaltzman.
There is a synagogue on the premises. Visitors are welcomed for Shabbat and holiday meals. Kosher meals are available on a meal plan. They kosher kitchens for the community.
Classes run regularly and one-to-one study can be arranged. There is a library.
Older children and young adults have bar and bat mitzvah instruction and a young professionals' circle.
They officiate at weddings and funerals.
The center visits patients in hospital, looks after the elderly, distributes food packages, provides humanitarian aid and helps people find work.
Holiday programs run through the year, hands on. Mezuzos and tefillin can be checked here.
