Chabad of the South Shore serves the communities of South Shore Massachusetts, from Plymouth to Quincy, and is a home where everyone is welcome - regardless of affiliation, level of knowledge or observance.
We strive to create a warm, welcoming environment to explore and experience our heritage in a non-judgmental and inviting atmosphere.
We are founded on the principle that, while Jews may embrace many levels of observance in their personal lives, there should be a place for all Jews - no labels, no affiliations - to develop a sense of community, to enhance the experience of being Jewish, to learn and enjoy Judaism.
Chabad of the South Shore, an organization driven by a passion for Judaism and a love of the Jewish people, is dedicated to educate and enhance Jewish life in the South Shore. Chabad reaches out to every Jew regardless of background, philosophy or level of commitment in a warm and accepting manner, ensuring a healthy, vibrant and joyful Jewish future.

What they offer
Chabad of the South Shore is a Chabad house in Plymouth, led by Rabbi Levi Lezell.
Visitors are welcomed for Shabbat and holiday meals. They kosher kitchens for the community.
Classes run regularly, one-to-one study can be arranged, courses from the Jewish Learning Institute are taught and public lectures are held. There is a library.
For children there is a children's club.
Older children and young adults have bar and bat mitzvah instruction and a young professionals' circle.
Couples are prepared for marriage.
The center visits patients in hospital and looks after the elderly.
There is a women's group. Mezuzos and tefillin can be checked here.
