Application Process for New Students
Our application and registration process is completed online, using our school portal. Click HERE to create an account and add the adults and child(ren) in the family. STEP 1: APPLICATION INFANT (AGE 3-18 MONTHS) Infant Application $50 non-refundable application fee PRESCHOOL (AGE 2-4) Preschool Application $50 non-refundable application fee UPK CLASS (AGE 3 and 4 by Sept 1, residing in Boston ONLY) UPK Application There is no Application Fee for the UPK class KINDERGARTEN (AGE 5) Kindergarten Application $50 non-refundable application fee ELEMENTARY SCHOOL (GRADE 1-7) Elementary Application (1-7th grade) $50 non-refundable application fee STEP 2: OPEN HOUSE / PRIVATE SCHOOL TOUR Attend an Open House or a private tour. List of Open House Dates HERE Individual tours available, please contact our office 617-787-2200 to schedule. STEP 3: TASTE OF SHALOH HOUSE - For incoming Kindergarten and Elementary students Shaloh House requires try-out days in school for academic assessments; 1 day for kindergarten, 3 days for elementary grades. - Submit school records from your child’s previous school Records Release Request STEP 4: APPROVAL AND REGISTRATION Upon completion of your child’s /children’s admissions process, we will notify you of our admissions decision and guide you through completion of the registration process. Due to our small class sizes, if the class to which your child is applying is full, you may choose to place him/her on our waiting list. We will notify you as soon as space is available.
