YBDS Zal - 5787/2026-2027 APPLICATION FOR NEW STUDENTS

The application process has several steps, and must be completed in the following order:

2. Teacher's Assessment Form
Please forward the following link to your son's current Hanhala to complete.
Teacher's Assessment Form
Please submit an Essay written by the bochur .
The essay should articulate what he would like to accomplish in learning next year.
What he would like to accomplish in עבודה - self growth.
Why he feels New Haven would be a good place for him to accomplish the above.
The essay should be emailed to [email protected]
Please schedule an interview for your son with Rabbi Bistritzky. Click here to Schedule
Please note: Your son's interview can only take place after we receive:

Please coordinate accordingly.
Please allow 30 days from the interview for Yeshiva to review the application.
At that point, you will receive an email with further instructions.
