What they offer

Rohr Chabad Center at University of Colorado is a Chabad house on campus in Boulder, led by Rabbi Yisroel Wilhelm.

There is a synagogue on the premises. Visitors are welcomed for Shabbat and holiday meals. Kosher meals are available on a meal plan. They kosher kitchens for the community. A mikveh is available.

Classes run regularly, one-to-one study can be arranged and public lectures are held. There is a library.

Older children and young adults have bar and bat mitzvah instruction and a young professionals' circle.

They officiate at weddings and funerals. Couples are prepared for marriage.

The center visits patients in hospital, visits Jewish prisoners, works with children with special needs, works to prevent drug and alcohol abuse and helps people through addiction and recovery.

There is a women's group. Holiday programs run through the year, hands on. Mezuzos and tefillin can be checked here. The building is wheelchair accessible.
