- We are pleased to announce that the Phase 1 Environmental report came back and looks great. The property has a clean bill of health.
- We also received the appraisal report and seems like we are getting a good deal on the property.
- We are preparing for a crowd-funding Matching campaign to get us to the finish line - aka the closing date :)

- It's 3/4 of an acre with 3 structures that will serve as a Synagogue, Hebrew School, Camp, Teen Lounge, Library, and many other community programs.
