Chabad of Chatsworth was established in 2003, to serve the Jewish community of Chatsworth. Chabad of Chatsworth is a place where everyone is welcome, regardless of affiliation or prior level of knowledge. Its sole purpose is to create a warm, welcoming environment to explore and experience Judaism's warm and relevant spiritual inspirations in a non-judgmental and inviting atmosphere.
Chabad of Chatsworth is a local, independent and financially self-supporting entity. Every dollar that we receive comes from the generosity of people like you. We are a 501(c)(3) organization and your donations are fully tax deductible.
In conversations with young Jewish parents, we kept hearing something similar: Beyond the schools their children attend or the synagogues they visit, families are looking for something more — a circle of friends who share similar values, are raising children at similar stages of life, and want to build genuine friendships and a sense of community.

What they offer
Chabad of Chatsworth is a Chabad house in Chatsworth, led by Rabbi Yossi Spritzer.
There is a synagogue on the premises. They kosher kitchens for the community.
Classes run regularly, one-to-one study can be arranged, courses from the Jewish Learning Institute are taught and public lectures are held.
For children there is after-school programmes, a children's club and a mother-and-child group.
Older children and young adults have a teen club, bar and bat mitzvah instruction, a bar mitzvah club and a bat mitzvah club.
They officiate at weddings and funerals.
The center visits patients in hospital and looks after the elderly.
There is a women's group. Holiday programs run through the year, hands on. Mezuzos and tefillin can be checked here. They publish.
