Chabad is a full service organization responding to both the material and spiritual needs of the Jewish community through classes, counseling and celebrations, using whatever means necessary to bring the message of Judaism to children, adults and seniors.
Most importantly, Chabad is practical. Our approach is to consistently combine the teaching of Torah with personal experience and to demonstrate the relevancy of Torah to everyday life.
Chabad shares this genuine feeling of Judaism through Shabbat and Holiday meals, at picnics or group gatherings, or in private counseling and tutoring sessions.

What they offer
Chabad of Cochise County is a Chabad house in Sierra Vista, led by Rabbi Benzion Shemtov.
There is a synagogue on the premises. Visitors are welcomed for Shabbat and holiday meals. They kosher kitchens for the community.
Classes run regularly, one-to-one study can be arranged and public lectures are held. There is a library.
For children there is after-school programmes and a children's club.
Older children and young adults have a teen club and bar and bat mitzvah instruction.
They officiate at funerals. A chevra kadisha serves the community.
The center visits patients in hospital, serves military personnel, looks after the elderly and works with children with special needs.
There is a women's group. There is a men's club. Holiday programs run through the year, hands on. Mezuzos and tefillin can be checked here.
