The Solomon Leadership Program is a premier leadership fellowship for exceptional high school juniors and seniors, equipping the next generation with the skills, confidence, and values to lead with purpose.

Built around the Eight Pillars of Leadership —including Character, Communication, Vision, Judgment, Empowerment, Humility, Tolerance, and Responsibility—the program combines practical leadership training with timeless Jewish values.

Each session features a distinguished guest speaker from a different industry—business, law, medicine, entrepreneurship, public service, nonprofit leadership, and beyond—who shares real-world insights on one of the Eight Pillars of Leadership. Students gain firsthand exposure to accomplished professionals while learning what it truly takes to lead with integrity and impact.

One of the defining features of the Solomon Program is its mentorship component.
