Chabad of Chautauqua — בית חב"ד ב-Chautauqua, בהנהלת Rabbi Zalman Vilenkin.
יש במקום בית כנסת. ארוחות כשרות זמינות במסגרת מנוי. פועלת כאן חנות מוצרים כשרים. מכשירים מטבחים עבור הקהילה.
מתקיימים שיעורים באופן קבוע, אפשר לקבוע חברותא ומתקיימות הרצאות לציבור. יש ספרייה.
