Chabad of Concord — בית חב"ד ב-Concord, בהנהלת Rabbi Berel Kesselman.
יש במקום בית כנסת. אורחים מתקבלים לסעודות שבת וחג. מכשירים מטבחים עבור הקהילה. יש מקווה.
מתקיימים שיעורים באופן קבוע, אפשר לקבוע חברותא ומתקיימות הרצאות לציבור. יש ספרייה.
לילדים יש גן ילדים, בית ספר עברי, תוכניות אחר הצהריים, מועדון ילדים וחוג לאמהות ופעוטות.
לנוער ולצעירים יש מועדון נוער, הכנה לבר ובת מצווה, מועדון בר מצווה ומועדון בת מצווה.
עורכים כאן חתונות, בריתות ולוויות. מכינים זוגות לנישואין. חברה קדישא משרתת את הקהילה.
המרכז מבקר חולים בבתי חולים, מבקר אסירים יהודים, מטפל בקשישים ומחלק חבילות מזון.
