New building construction for the girls’ school is intended to start early in 2023.
Cloyne is the property which accommodates the boys’ school.
Cheder purchased a property in St Kilda in 2016, where we established a registered school in 2017. We started with 45 boys enrolled.
The school now comprises both a boys’ and girls’ division, and in 2023 we expect enrolments of around 160 students.
In 2021 a property on our boundary became available and we decided to acquire it as the new home for a Bnos Chana girls’ program.
The first stage of the project will involve the demolition of a building on the boundary of the boys’ property and the construction during 2023 of a new purpose-built facility in its place.
We seek contributions to enable the progress of the capital program.
