What they offer

Beit Jabad Flores is a Chabad house in Capital Federal, led by Rabbi Dovid Plotka.

There is a synagogue on the premises. Visitors are welcomed for Shabbat and holiday meals. They kosher kitchens for the community. There is a mikveh for men.

Classes run regularly and courses from the Jewish Learning Institute are taught. There is a library.

For children there is a Hebrew school and after-school programmes.

Older children and young adults have a teen club, bar and bat mitzvah instruction and a bat mitzvah club.

They officiate at circumcisions. Couples are prepared for marriage.

The center visits patients in hospital, distributes food packages, provides humanitarian aid and runs a soup kitchen.

There is a women's group. Mezuzos and tefillin can be checked here.
