Welcome to Chabad of White Plains! We are a vibrant and inclusive center for Jewish life in White Plains, dedicated to serving the local Jewish community and beyond. Guided by the leadership of Rabbi Zalmy and Musia Plotke, we have proudly been part of White Plains since 2021, creating a warm and inviting space where everyone can explore and celebrate Jewish culture, heritage, and values.

Our mission is to enrich Jewish life in White Plains by offering educational, religious, social, and cultural activities for people of all ages and backgrounds.
Chabad of White Plains offers a diverse range of programs and events, including engaging Torah classes, festive holiday celebrations, lively Shabbat meals, and enriching youth programs. Our primary goal is to provide a welcoming, non-judgmental environment where everyone can learn, grow, and experience the joys of Judaism.

What they offer
Chabad of White Plains is a Chabad house in White Plains.
Visitors are welcomed for Shabbat and holiday meals. They kosher kitchens for the community.
Classes run regularly, one-to-one study can be arranged, courses from the Jewish Learning Institute are taught and public lectures are held.
For children there is a preschool.
Older children and young adults have a teen club, bar and bat mitzvah instruction, a bar mitzvah club and a bat mitzvah club.
They officiate at weddings and funerals. Couples are prepared for marriage.
The center visits patients in hospital, looks after the elderly and distributes food packages.
