Under the direction of Rabbi Sarytchev and his wife Nurit, Chabad of Ridgewood Congregation Beit Aharon, founded in 1999 offers youth programs, adult education courses, community holiday celebrations and many more community services.

Chabad of Ridgewood Congregation Beit Aharon is a Jewish community centre in Ridgewood, led by Rabbi Nachum Sarytchev.
There is a synagogue on the premises. Visitors are welcomed for Shabbat and holiday meals. They kosher kitchens for the community.
Classes run regularly, one-to-one study can be arranged and public lectures are held. There is a library.
For children there is a Hebrew school and after-school programmes.
Older children and young adults have bar and bat mitzvah instruction.
They officiate at weddings, circumcisions and funerals. Couples are prepared for marriage.
The center visits patients in hospital and looks after the elderly.
