Rabbi Zalman Wolowik is the director of Chabad of the Five Towns, which he started together with his wife, Chanie , 29 years ago. The Rabbi's and Chanie's knowledge and warmth have propelled the Chabad of the Five Towns forward over the last two decades.

What they offer
Chabad of the Five Towns is a Chabad house in Cedarhurst, led by Rabbi Zalman Wolowik.
There is a synagogue on the premises. They kosher kitchens for the community.
Classes run regularly, one-to-one study can be arranged, courses from the Jewish Learning Institute are taught and public lectures are held. There is a library.
For children there is after-school programmes and a mother-and-child group.
Older children and young adults have a teen club, bar and bat mitzvah instruction and a bat mitzvah club.
They officiate at circumcisions and funerals. Couples are prepared for marriage.
The center looks after the elderly, works with children with special needs and provides humanitarian aid.
