What they offer
Chabad of Livingston is a Chabad house in Livingston, led by Rabbi Zalman Grossbaum.
Visitors are welcomed for Shabbat and holiday meals. They kosher kitchens for the community. There is a mikveh for men. Dishes can be toveled here.
Classes run regularly and one-to-one study can be arranged.
For children there is a Hebrew school.
Older children and young adults have a teen club, a bar mitzvah club and a bat mitzvah club.
They officiate at funerals. Couples are prepared for marriage.
The center visits patients in hospital, looks after the elderly and works with children with special needs.
