"מרכז דוברי עברית חב"ד" שם לו למטרה לאגד את הקהילה הישראלית ב'גרייטר וושינגטון' ולהכניס לחיים הקהילתיים הווי יהודי באווירה ישראלית, כאשר הכל נעשה ברוח חסידות חב"ד "עם כל הלב לכל אחד".
