Chabad of Forsyth — מרכז קהילתי יהודי ב-Cumming, בהנהלת Rabbi Levi Mentz.
יש במקום בית כנסת. אורחים מתקבלים לסעודות שבת וחג. ארוחות כשרות זמינות במסגרת מנוי. פועלת כאן חנות מוצרים כשרים. יש חנות יודאיקה. מכשירים מטבחים עבור הקהילה.
מתקיימים שיעורים באופן קבוע, אפשר לקבוע חברותא, נלמדים קורסים של מכון JLI ומתקיימות הרצאות לציבור.
לילדים יש תוכניות אחר הצהריים, מועדון ילדים וחוג לאמהות ופעוטות.
לנוער ולצעירים יש מועדון נוער, הכנה לבר ובת מצווה, מועדון בר מצווה ומועדון בת מצווה.
עורכים כאן חתונות ולוויות. מכינים זוגות לנישואין. חברה קדישא משרתת את הקהילה.
המרכז מבקר חולים בבתי חולים, מבקר אסירים יהודים, משרת אנשי צבא, מטפל בקשישים ומספק סיוע הומניטרי.
יש חוג נשים. אפשר לבדוק כאן מזוזות ותפילין.
