Chabad of West Hills

Chabad of West Hills means many things to many people... To some, it is a school and a youth center; to others it is an adult education institute, a synagogue, and a community center. Yet still, also a place that provides assistance for food insecurity and a social service center for those that need a special lift of encouragement and care. Indeed, there is little within the realm of outreach and education that is outside of the sphere of focus of this multidimensional organization. Still, Chabad does not celebrate the achievement of an objective as a plateau, but as a springboard to yet greater heights. Together as a center and as a community, we continue to progress from strength to strength, in creating an oasis of Judaism, goodness, spirituality and kindness in the West Valley.

CKids—the Chabad Children's network—has revolutionized how kids engage with Jewish life, offering enriching Hebrew Schools, Shabbat and Holiday programs, and children’s clubs. CKids truly gives a special focus to children as a valuable community of their own.
