Launched in January 2017, Chabad of Grass Valley is your address for everything Jewish. From students to retirees, young professionals to moms, dads, and kids, there is something for everyone here.

What they offer
Chabad of Grass Valley is a Chabad house in Grass Valley, led by Rabbi Nochum Yusewitz.
There is a synagogue on the premises. Visitors are welcomed for Shabbat and holiday meals. They kosher kitchens for the community.
Classes run regularly and one-to-one study can be arranged.
For children there is a children's club.
Older children and young adults have a teen club, bar and bat mitzvah instruction, a bar mitzvah club and a bat mitzvah club.
They officiate at weddings, circumcisions and funerals. Couples are prepared for marriage. A chevra kadisha serves the community.
The center visits patients in hospital and looks after the elderly.
There is a women's group. Mezuzos and tefillin can be checked here.
