Chabad believes that community is vital for the growth of the human spirit. We, therefore, provide a space where people come together to celebrate, to study, to care, to heal, and to mourn. What they offer
Chabad of San Tan Valley is a Chabad house in San Tan Valley, led by Rabbi Mendel Wolowik.
There is a synagogue on the premises. Visitors are welcomed for Shabbat and holiday meals. A kosher store is run here. They kosher kitchens for the community.
Classes run regularly, one-to-one study can be arranged, courses from the Jewish Learning Institute are taught and public lectures are held. There is a library.
Older children and young adults have bar and bat mitzvah instruction.
They officiate at circumcisions and funerals.
The center visits patients in hospital, visits Jewish prisoners, looks after the elderly, distributes food packages and runs a soup kitchen.
There is a women's group. Mezuzos and tefillin can be checked here.
