הרב שניאור פייגין גדל בנס ציונה, ישראל. הוריו ו-12 אחיו ואחיותיו היו שלוחים בנס ציונה ושם למד הרב שניאור את אהבתו כלפי כל יהודי. את שנות העשרה שלו למד בישראל וסיים את לימודי הרבנות בישיבת חב"ד המרכזית בניו יורק. בשנות ההתמחות ברבנות, שניאור אירגן אירועים עבור קהילות ישראליות ברחבי העולם כולל תאילנד, פרו, וילנה, פרנקפורט, גואטמלה וארצות הברית.
מאז שהיה ילד, חלם שניאור להקים יום אחד בית חב"ד לישראלים ולהגשים את חזונו של הרבי מליובאוויטש לעשות את חלקנו, לשנות את העולם לטובה, ולקבל כל יהודי ללא תנאי.
הוא התחתן עם חני בניו יורק בשנת ,2009 ומאז המשיך להיות מעורב בהסברה במרכזים ישראלים רבים של חב"ד בניו יורק.
גברת חני פייגין נולדה בקווינס, ניו יורק, ובילתה את שנותיה בקראון הייטס, ניו יורק. היא למדה בבית הספר היסודי והתיכון בנות מנחם וסיימה בהצטיינות את לימודיה בשנת 2007. היא סיימה שנה של לימודי יהדות מתקדמים בצפת, ישראל, ובילתה את הקיץ בהנחיית קייטנות יום גדולות בניו יורק ובניו ג'רזי.

What they offer
Chabad Israeli Center is an Israeli centre in Phoenix, led by Rabbi Shneor Feigin.
There is a synagogue on the premises. Visitors are welcomed for Shabbat and holiday meals. They kosher kitchens for the community.
Classes run regularly, one-to-one study can be arranged, courses from the Jewish Learning Institute are taught and public lectures are held.
For children there is a Hebrew school, a children's club and a mother-and-child group.
Older children and young adults have a teen club, bar and bat mitzvah instruction, a bar mitzvah club and a bat mitzvah club.
They officiate at weddings, circumcisions and funerals. Couples are prepared for marriage.
The center visits patients in hospital and looks after the elderly.
